Gabriel....

Gabe finally let me take some pictures of him the other day...although he had to be bribed with pretzels as you can see he is eating in the pics. Gabe turned 4 in January and is such a sweet little guy. He loves watching movies and playing any kind of ball. His favorite movie right now is The Chronicles Narnia: Prince Caspian. He is also so excited about starting spring t-ball and he loves playing in the dirt. Some of Gabe's favorite foods right now are pizza, egg, chips and any kind of meat.

More House Update

Gabe spent the day with Brad helping him form up the walls last Friday. When I went to pick him up this is what I found.....A dirty, sunburned, stinky Gabe. I don't think he has ever been that dirty in all his life...and he loved every bit of it!

They next day on Saturday they poured the walls. We were out there all day helping (haha) and watching. We found a milk crate for Ryder to sit in. He was a perfect fit and he loved being outside watching. He did sleep for about 2 hours in the backseat of daddy's truck.

House Update

We had a great week (weather wise) to get our house finally started. In one week, the basement was dug, the footers poured, and the walls formed and poured. Here are some before pics where they were starting to clear out trees and beginning to dig.


Here they are pouring the footers. Brooklyn and Gabe were in school so Ryder and I went out to take pics by ourselves.

Funny.....

Ok, so I can't keep going on saying that I have a newborn. Ryder is 8 months old and I can't keep giving that excuse for getting this baby weight off. My sister and some other women have been getting up at 5am and getting to Bootcamp class that starts at 6am...crazy...I know. Anyway, the kids and I went to the store and was unpacking our stuff and this just how this happened to land on the counter together. Funny, huh?

Oh, and Peeps don't have any fat in them...so they ok to have, right?

Signs of Spring....Yah!!!

On Sunday we took a walk because it was so nice outside. It was in the 60s!!! And today it is around 70 degrees! Spring has finally started to arrive and I am so happy about that. We found the tulips coming up that we planted last fall and buds forming on the trees and bushes. The kids were so happy to get out of the house and go for a walk. I think cabin fever was starting to set in, it definitly had for me.

Our Weekend

Well our weekend started out with Brooklyn loosing her 6th tooth. When she gets a loose tooth she is bound and determined to get that tooth out! When she lost her last tooth (which was only a few weeks ago) the tooth fairy forgot to come and then on the third night she left a new Littlest Pet Shop toy. I think that is what motivated her to get this tooth out too!

On Saturday we went to Quincy to do a little shopping and went to the Chinese restraurant where Gabe always has to get a new tatoo. This one seemed to fit him well. He also enjoyed playing with Brooklyn's baton!:)

Ryder at almost 8 MONTHS!!!

I just can't believe that Ryder will be 8 months old next week. Time has definitly flown by and he is getting to be such a big boy. He is so happy all of the time but is still not sleeping at night. He still wakes up 2-3 times a night still!!! I don't know what we did differently with the other two kids but they were sleeping a full night by now. But anyway, who could be mad at this little guy?

My Brooklyn....

She is quite the little poser. She loves getting her picture taken and is a natural. We just got her and Gabe signed up for spring t-ball. They are both very excited about playing ball which is a step above the soccer last fall. Last fall we got Brooklyn signed up to play soccer and she screamed the whole car ride to the first practice. Once she got there and got out playing she loved it and was quite good at it. Being my first born she is very competitive and wants to win at everything.

Aaahh yes...that is the remnants of a Strawberry Shortcake tattoo on her arm I forgot to take off.

Real Quick Post...

Ryder has been wanting to crawl this week and he just can't seem to get both legs under him.

1st Tooth

Well, this weekend Ryder got his first tooth. He had a restless night on Friday and notice that it had broken through on Saturday. Here's the evidence....

He has been such a good boy during the day and it doesn't seem to bother him very much. It's about time he got his first tooth. Brooklyn and Gabe both got theirs around 5-6 months. Not much excitement this weekend other than that. Here are a few more pics of "Ryder Roo" today. I promise to get some pics up of Brooklyn and Gabe just as soon as they let me!
